The staff was competent, thoughtful, and responded promptly to requests. I have stayed in queen room for 5 nights, it was complete with USB plugs to charge phones and wonderful views plus the most comfortable beds ever.

Fairly clean and authentic hotel in Downtown Montreal district. Moreover, it's very close to grocery stores, Centre Bell. The staff was virtuous and was willing to help. Delightful breakfast served in a restaurant. Nice service overall.

It was good place to stay. I liked our stay, the staff were very caring and the location was strategic. My room was unique, excellent service. There was a panoramic restaurant, the shops and supermarkets next door. The beach nearby was sandy and the view was fabulous.

Automated check in and DECENT service overall. Breakfast was generous, well presented and with a good choice of options. The hotel was very close to downtown Montreal and the canal thanks to its just superb location. The pool was lovely and I had soft drinks in the pool bar.

The venue is new modern and adorable. All in all it's always clean place, they have soft beds. It is in really comfortable location to Montreal Science Centre, set close to the hotel.

It was a wonderful stay, very good value place. I loved staff and location, which were fabulous! I slept so comfy in the big bed. And it was spotless compared to other rooms in Montreal. Interesting interior, exceptional restaurant. Also, free Wi-Fi throughout the property was really convenient.
